Job Description
ANAND TECHVERCE is seeking dedicated individuals with 2-4 years of experience and strong communication skills for the position of Patient Caller. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collect patient demographics and insurance information via calls.
- Verify eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments.
- Obtain necessary authorizations when required.
- Handle email intake and ensure patient consent forms are uploaded to EHR.
- Confirm patient eligibility regarding deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
Location: Mandaveli
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month (Full-time, Permanent)
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
