Job Description
Addon Solutions is seeking a dedicated Collections & Sales Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and schedules
- Resolving disputes related to payments
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Monitoring accounts for timely payments
- Identifying issues causing non-payment
- Collaborating with the finance team to enhance collections
- Providing regular reports on collection activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Performance bonus
