Job Description
JM Financial is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to manage chats and emails. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the Stock Market, including Stocks, Mutual Funds, Currency, and Commodities.
Responsibilities include addressing Stock Market inquiries, processing customer accounts, and managing communication channels.
Qualifications: Graduate degree and 3 years of experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Full-time position with a salary of ₹17,00 to ₹30,00 per month plus benefits.
