About the Role:
Drivado Transfers Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented International Ticketing Agent with hands-on experience in global airline bookings, fare calculations, and GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo). You will manage international ticketing, reissuances, cancellations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international flight bookings, including ticket issuance and refunds.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel regulations.
- Provide solutions to travel-related queries professionally.
Requirements include 1–3 years of international ticketing experience and GDS proficiency.
