Job Description
Aparna NEO Mall is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Guest Service Executive. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor as you interact with mall visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the information desk, assisting guests with inquiries, and handling complaints efficiently. You will coordinate with various mall departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
The position requires female candidates only. The monthly pay ranges from ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00, with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
