Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join The Sleep Company’s retail team. You will be the face of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and service-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
Must-Have Skills: Excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week.
