Job Description
Shape and Strength is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. You will assist clients at various fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries, in achieving their health and fitness goals. This role merges traditional fitness training with rehabilitation principles alongside our physiotherapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized programs.
- Lead training sessions and fitness classes.
- Support clients in proper form and technique.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists for client transitions.
Qualifications:
- Certified Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: ₹8,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 /month | Schedule: Rotational shift
