Job Description
Altruist Fostering Services is seeking a *Depository Participant (DP) Executive* with *3+ years* of experience in a *NBFC & capital market organization*. The position is based in *Nariman Point*, Churchgate/CST.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage securities pay-in/pay-out, off-market transfers, and dematerialization/rematerialization processes.
- Ensure accurate DIS processing and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Handle CDAS and DP file processing for seamless transactions.
- Oversee KYC, CKYC, and Re-KYC procedures per SEBI norms.
- Maintain compliance with CDSL/NSDL regulations and audit-ready records.
- Enhance DP system automation and workflow efficiency.
- Train the DP operations team for effective execution.
Salary: Up to ₹500,00 per annum
