Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated L1 Customer Support Executive to join our team at Innovative Fiber Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries via various channels, recording network complaints, and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month plus benefits. Flexible schedules are available.
