Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Banking Associate to join our sales team at HRQuadrant in Tamil Nadu. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹4.5 LPA plus incentives.
As a Banking Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel 75% of the time. Knowledge of Tamil is essential.
