Job Description
TOUGHGLASS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions through chat, WhatsApp, voice, and email. We are looking for a candidate who excels in communication, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and has experience in Live Chat and Outbound Calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly.
- Assist with product features and issues.
- Manage post-sales and pre-sales support.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads.
Requirements:
- Graduates with 2+ years in customer support.
- Sales-oriented with basic tech knowledge.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
