Job Description
Join Debtcare Enterprises Pvt Ltd as a Debt Recovery Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for the debt recovery process by contacting NPA customers.
Your key tasks include raising settlements and complaints using our CRM tool, educating customers about CIBIL, and collecting pending amounts.
Required skills include strong verbal communication, effective time management, and knowledge of banking and loans.
