Job Description
We are Sojitz India Pvt Ltd, seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer support and data entry tasks through email, chat, or internal systems—without phone calls.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, perform accurate data entry, resolve issues per company guidelines, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or graduate, good written English, basic computer skills, and typing speed of at least 30 WPM. Prior experience in a BPO/KPO is preferred.
Pay: ₹19,769.77 – ₹33,954.36 per month
Schedule: Day, morning, and night shifts available. Work location is in person.
