Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the position of Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role, preferably for females, involves comprehensive calendar and schedule management, communication management, and travel coordination.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the CEO’s calendar and managing appointments
- Serving as the primary contact for communications
- Preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
- Coordinating travel logistics with flexibility
- Handling expenses and managing budgets
- Conducting research to support decision-making
