Position: Fixed Term Trainee – Sales Coordinator
Division: SGX – Micro Division
Location: Goregaon West
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and client databases
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales orders
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
- Handle documentation related to sales activities, proposals, and quotations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination or support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
