Operations cum Logistics Executive

As an Operations cum Logistics Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of our end-to-end operations, with a strong focus on logistics. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while also driving overall operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and align with overall business objectives.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels across all operational touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms for both logistics and broader operational needs.
• Optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure warehouse efficiency and safety compliance, overseeing daily operations and continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality control and risk management practices across logistics and general operations.
• Lead and mentor logistics and operational team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain and operational processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or operations managerial role, demonstrating a strong understanding of both domains.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and operations systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
