• Schedule appointments and manage service booking slots.
• Organize periodic service reminder campaigns via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Promote AMC, RSA, Extended Warranty, and service package renewals.
• Maintain database of insurance expiries and execute renewal follow-ups.
• Support the service team with appointment bookings and workload distribution.
