We Shine Academy is seeking a motivated Female Educational Counsellor to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about available courses, fees, and study modes (online/offline) with the goal of encouraging enrolment.
Experience: 1-5 years in educational counselling or similar role preferred. Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month (plus incentives based on admissions). Qualifications: Any degree.
Key skills include strong communication in Tamil and English, proficiency in MS Office, effective communication, and persuasive abilities.
