Job Description
Parexel is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The role involves processing vendor invoices, both based on purchase orders and non-purchase orders. You will conduct quality checks on vendor invoices, set up vendors in our ERP system, and resolve any invoice holds and vendor queries.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing employee travel and expense reviews, monitoring invoice turnaround times, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers. You will also engage in enhancement and adhoc projects initiated by the department while actively managing the invoice workflow system.
