Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is hiring Field Executives to manage client portfolios, list clients for payment recovery, and maintain financial records in compliance with legal guidelines.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed +2 or higher, with an age limit of 30 years for freshers and MFI experienced candidates.
Compensation: ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 per month plus unlimited incentives. Freshers will start at ₹12,00 for the initial two months.
Location: Nenmara. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
