We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Executive to oversee store operations, drive sales targets, and ensure store profitability. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, create engaging customer experiences, and communicate promotions effectively.
Key responsibilities include coaching staff, setting visual merchandising standards, executing excellent store operations, and managing staff training and development.
