Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team at Bourntec. This full-time position involves various responsibilities including:
Order Fulfillment & Packing
- Coordinate daily order packing at our warehouse
- Ensure accurate labeling and quality packaging
Logistics & Delivery Management
- Manage courier accounts and monitor service levels
Vendor & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor stock levels
Platform Operations
- Update inventory across e-commerce platforms
