Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: ₹15,00 – 20,00 – Negotiable based on experience and skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in ROC filings and secretarial compliance.
- Incorporation, alteration, and closure of companies/LLPs.
- Maintaining statutory registers and records.
- Preparing and filing forms with MCA.
Who Can Apply:
- CS Executive passed with training under ICSI norms.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
