Job Description
EDMI India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Social Media Intern to manage our social media accounts and create engaging content. Responsibilities include brainstorming campaign ideas, monitoring platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and analyzing analytics to measure campaign success. You will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and suggest improvements for an enhanced customer experience. This role requires proficiency in our internal software systems and assisting in performance report creation.
