Job Description
SRV Global is seeking a dedicated individual for the Ecommerce Customer Support position. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through various channels, handling inquiries about our laptop batteries and parts. Your responsibilities include resolving issues, educating customers on our platform, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an interest in the D2C industry. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, along with benefits including paid sick time and a provident fund.
