Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Small Business Enterprise Relationship Officer at Kotak Mahindra. You will lead a team of 5 to 7 DSTs, ensuring high productivity. Responsibilities include engaging with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets, facilitating loan applications, and managing delinquent cases.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUVs)
– Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker
– Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
