Job Description

We are looking for a proficient Customer Service Representative fluent in Hindi to join our team at CAMS. This role entails:

• Engaging in customer service and call center processing activities.
• Ensuring client confidentiality and quality standards for phone calls.
• Providing fund information and guidance to targeted segments.
• Maintaining timely Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Demonstrating strong values such as Customer Focus, Enthusiasm, Integrity, Teamwork, and Innovation.
• Good command of both English and Hindi is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of ₹15,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and paid sick time.
