Job Description
Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for the Outbound Voice Process at our Airoli location.
Designation: Customer Service Executive
Roles & Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls to retain customers, identify and assess customer needs, and build sustainable relationships through open communication.
Key Skills Required: Proficient in English, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal abilities.
Candidate Profile: Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Age between 18-35 years.
Working Hours: 8 AM – 9 PM (6 days a week with 1 rotational off).
Compensation: ₹17,700 – ₹21,00 per month, with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
