Job Description
Join De Decor Engineering Pvt Ltd as a CRM Executive in a full-time, permanent position. Your role will include managing our CRM system by maintaining and updating databases, troubleshooting issues, and training users. You will be responsible for client relationship management, addressing inquiries, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze customer data to segment audiences for targeted campaigns, and execute email/SMS marketing campaigns while monitoring key performance indicators to optimize results.
