Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Support Executive to join our team at Univariety. Responsibilities include registering customer complaints, coordinating with sales and other departments, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure excellent service.
You will update customer feedback in CRM, conduct satisfaction surveys, and handle inquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential. A graduate with 2-3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
