Job Description
Skylar Seaview is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in large-scale food production, menu planning, and team supervision, while maintaining high hygiene and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the production kitchen.
- Manage food production for all outlets.
- Supervise the production team.
- Ensure food quality and safety are met.
- Train junior kitchen staff.
Requirements: 5–7 years of experience and a culinary degree.
