Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Satya Microcapital Ltd as a Field Officer! We are looking for dedicated individuals to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, and to establish new business through regular field visits.
Your role will include conducting projection meetings, timely center meetings, and maintaining proper documentation for clients and loan disbursements.
We require adherence to high ethical standards, timely collection of returns, and effective networking to boost our branch’s reputation. Candidates should preferably be Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Pay ranges from ₹16,00.00 – ₹21,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
