Job Description
Shine Infotech Solution is looking for a dedicated Tele Marketing Executive. You will make outbound calls to verify customer eligibility with insurance companies and process denial documentation. Working collaboratively, you will maintain daily logs, perform patient calls, and engage in provider outreach programs. Effective communication and timely escalation of issues are essential.
