Job Description
LeadSense Media India Pvt Ltd is seeking an International Voice Process Associate. In this role, you will assist students in their educational journey by providing guidance on course selection and career paths. Your responsibilities include handling calls on generated leads, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into admissions.
We are looking for candidates with 0.6 to 1 year of experience, with excellent English fluency and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and soft skills such as empathy and problem-solving are essential.
Attractive salary (₹17,500.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month) with performance bonuses. Work schedule includes day shifts.
