Revpunch Technology Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Female Receptionist and Telecaller to join our dynamic front office team. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through our services and enhancing their experience.
Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls, explain services clearly, schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements: Female candidates with at least 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in the cosmetic or wellness industry. Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.
