Job Description
We are looking to hire 5 Relationship Banking Risk Managers for our Commercial Banking – MFI business at Kotak Mahindra, located in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Lucknow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting control assessments for branches and HO.
- Assessing fraud, operational, and financial risks.
- Ensuring compliance with policies.
- Coordinating with teams.
- Managing risk analysis and operational loss reduction.
Ideal candidates should have an MBA or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS-Office.
