- Source resumes through various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up
- Maintain recruitment trackers
- Support the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the HR/TA team
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR or related fields
- Basic knowledge of IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
