Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller Executive to join our team at EDMIUM. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to explain our products and services, resolving queries related to universities and courses, and following up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in customer care is a plus
- Good computer literacy
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu
