Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Team Member in Liability Operations, specifically as a CPC – CDU Authorizer. This position is graded M1/M2 and is located in Noida, at Plot No. 7, Sector 125 – 5031, within the Customer Deliverables Unit (CDU) in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience in Branch Operations or equivalent teams is preferred.
- Enhance operational efficiency through diligent process monitoring.
- Proficiency in Excel and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Perform bill reconciliations and manage MIS activities.
- Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving abilities are essential.
