Webdenso is seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team and manage customer communications for Giftlaya, one of India’s leading brands in event decoration and gifting. Your pivotal role includes converting leads into bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Giftlaya services.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings via WhatsApp/calls.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience.
