Job Description
Experience: 6 months – 4 years
Job Description: IntouchCX is seeking skilled professionals to join our International Voice Process team. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and experience in customer support, particularly with global customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, address customer inquiries, maintain logs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 6 months to 4 years of experience, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and willingness to work night/rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹250,00 – ₹500,00 per year
