Job Description
Star World Electronics Co W.l.l is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage our sourcing efforts for bulk hiring in the Gulf region. As a Recruiter, you will design and implement recruiting strategies, prepare job materials, and source candidates through various platforms. Your role includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants’ skills and experience. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees and fostering relationships with candidates.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter, hands-on with selection processes, strong communication and decision-making skills. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary (2 months)
