Job Description
Sentieo India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of workflows, monitor timelines, and collaborate with the Client Servicing departments to align operations with organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tracking performance metrics. Timely resolution of operational issues and providing support to team members is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹19,460.16 – ₹29,22.16 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Night shift
