Job Description
Aycom Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a young and skilled Customer Service Advisor. Candidates should possess fluency in spoken English and have experience working with UK or international clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions and ticket management.
- Coordinate with the on-call engineering team.
- Maintain professional email communication.
- Adapt to flexible shifts and demonstrate strong MS Office skills.
- Exhibit a customer-oriented attitude with excellent spoken and written English.
