Job Description
FINECONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for email configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of the O365 Full Suite. You will also handle operating system installation and configuration, particularly for Windows 10 and 11, along with software installation and setup including Antivirus and MS Office.
Your role will involve hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing devices. You will manage customer inquiries efficiently, resolving issues through phone, chat, and email. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹25,00 monthly.
