Job Description
Le Chateau is seeking a motivated Help Desk/Admin Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and staff. This role involves managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating housekeeping orders. You will also support the accounts team in invoicing and handle staff queries effectively.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling client and staff calls
- Supporting new staff enrollment and background checks
- Tracking operational efficiencies and managing daily records
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹10,580.19 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
Work Days: Monday to Friday. Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025.
