Job Description

Summary of the Role:

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Attach dialyzer and tubing; prime circuits with saline.
• Label dialyzer and blood lines with patient info.
• Prepare dialysis solutions and mix bicarbonate.
• Explain procedures to patients for comfort.
• Connect machines to patient access sites.
• Monitor machines for malfunctions and log procedures.
