Job Description
Location: Assigned to a single Ohstayz property
Reporting to: Operations Team, Ohstayz
We are seeking a dedicated Property Caretaker to manage one of our premium holiday homes. The ideal candidate will live on-site, ensuring a seamless guest experience while overseeing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in/check-out processes
- Supervise housekeeping tasks
- Monitor maintenance issues
- Provide first-level resolution to guest queries
- Ensure the property’s safety and upkeep
Desired Profile:
- Experience in property management or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam and Hindi; Tamil is a plus
- Willing to stay full-time (accommodation & meals provided)
