Job Description
Shri Management Services is seeking a Multi-Skill Technician to join our team in Pune. This role involves performing a variety of technical maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work. Responsibilities include minor electrical repairs, basic plumbing tasks, HVAC maintenance support, and routine inspections. Candidates should have ITI certification, 6 months to 4 years of experience in multi-trade maintenance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Key skills required are versatility in handling maintenance tasks, basic troubleshooting abilities, effective communication, and teamwork.
