Job Description
Oracle is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to partner with management in identifying, recruiting, and qualifying top talent on a national scale. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment and resourcing programs tailored to meet the needs of various Lines of Business.
Your responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, managing the candidate selection process, and planning recruitment events. You will develop relationships with candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems. Additionally, you will provide reports on recruitment activities and assist in creating recruitment materials.
